BECOME A FELLOW
Overview
As a fellow in our Rising Leaders Fellowship program, you'll participate in a small virtual cohort of 3-5 other student mentees and be assigned to two mentors. Your cohort will meet monthly over the course of half a year and discuss all sorts of professionally-oriented topics that will help you gain a strong foundation for your career.
As part of this interactive program, Fellows will be expected to complete brief seminars and assignments that correspond with program topics, like developing elevator pitches and resume drafts. We understand the demands and busy nature of school assignments and extracurriculars. While full participation in July and in August is required, Fellows will be permitted to excuse themselves for two (2) seminars between September and December.
Ideal Fellow Profile
Embolden will consider applications from students who exhibit the following:

High school students (including seniors graduating in 2024)

First-year college students

Desire to learn and gain new skills

Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback

Availability to commit to 1-3 hours per month
